Broadcasting I

Broadcasting I was designed for students who have had some previous experience with cameras, switchers, microphones etc.  This class gives students a more advanced look into the broadcast world using broadcast equipment.  The class also focuses on connectivity of the equipment and types of connectors.  We also look at the A/V signals themselves and how to calibrate and set levels.  Students will also learn how to edit audio and video using Non-Linear editing systems and proper editing techniques.  Crew positions, lighting, story-boarding and script writing will also be covered.
